The things we think, feel and say to ourselves have a profound impact on how we perceive and experience the world. These internal dialogues are not random; they are shaped by our past experiences. Sometimes, we're acutely aware of the significant events or triggers that have created our habits, limiting beliefs, or phobias. Yet, there are times when the cause is so subtle that it remains hidden from our conscious awareness. Left unchecked, these experiences begin to form the foundation of our belief systems, setting the limits and boundaries of what we believe we can achieve and who we believe we are.

Our lives, and every aspect of the world we live in, are founded on the stories we tell ourselves and the ones others tell us. Even though many of our stories are limiting to us, we keep them alive though the things we think and feel, the way we act, and the beliefs and values we hold. When we become conscious of our unconscious programs, we learn that these stories are about fear, guilt, betrayal, loss, or regret (and more). When you release these limiting programs, you'll experience a ripple of change throughout your life, one that will change your life story and create a new you.
My mission
My mission is to help you change the path of your life story (or narrative arc). As your coach and therapist, I'm personally invested in helping you live the extraordinary life that's rightfully yours. Even if you don’t quite believe it's possible (yet!), as you read this, your change has already begun. If thoughts are the language of the mind, and feelings are the language of the body, then we'll change the way you communicate with your subconscious mind, and we'll shift your focus into your future, so you can pull your future into your now.

I’ll plan your session to meet your unique goals and desires. I'll use my knowledge of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping), Polyvagal Theory (Vagus Nerve), Health, and Kundalini yoga (breath, sound, movement, meditation) either on their own or combined to help you achieve your goals.
