Emotional Freedom Technique: EFT or Tapping is a therapeutic technique that blends acupressure with modern psychology by tapping on specific energy points while focusing on particular thoughts or emotions. This method helps release negative emotions and reduce stress. By addressing unresolved emotional issues, EFT supports emotional healing and enhances overall well-being, helping individuals reduce anxiety and discomfort.
First Session: In your first session, we’ll explore where you’re at and the issue you’d like to clear. Through a blend of conversation and tapping, we’ll work to release emotional blocks by tapping on energy points while verbalising the issue. EFT sessions are highly intuitive, often leading to powerful realisations and breakthroughs that never cease to amaze me.
Subsequent Sessions:
Every session is unique. We’ll begin by checking in with one another and identifying what to work on. EFT works like a table, the issue you’re addressing is the tabletop, and the emotional triggers are the legs holding it up. As we clear these emotional triggers, the table loses its stability, and the underlying issue resolves. This process allows for profound emotional healing and freedom.
