Intensive Change Session

Duration: 90 minutes.

Location: On Zoom, you'll receive a link after booking.

Intensive Change: Intensive change sessions are for exiting clients who have already worked with me in the NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT or Health sessions, and are ready to deepen their practice. These extended sessions allow us more time to integrate these modalities, and to blend them with meditative, breathwork, or movement practices.

Initial and subsequent sessions: This session follows a similar format to the 60 minute sessions. I'll create a personalised plan using specific techniques and processes that we'll use in the subsequent sessions.
